MICHAEL BLANSHARD Michael Blanshard has been training racehorses in Lambourn since 1979, having previously worked as an assistant to Henry Cecil, Barry Hills and Henry Candy.
He has trained many winners over the past 35 years including the multiple Group winner, THE TRADER who won Group 2 and 3 races at Longchamp, Deauville and Chantilly, as well as RAMBLING BEAR, WELSHMAN, LEMHILL, TEAPOT and more recently the six time winner STELLARTA.
Every horse in the yard receives individual attention and Mike enjoys working with each one to find how to get the very best from them. Attention to detail and quality not quantity are important points that are focused on.
The horses in the yard are happy and relaxed and enjoy their work, and the owners also have an equally enjoyable time.
